Luxury Villa Brela 2 with a private heated pool (31.5m2) is a new and modern villa with panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and neighboring islands. It is located in the small tourist town of Brela, 300 m from the center, and 150 m from the beautiful pebble beaches with crystal clear sea.

Luxury Villa Brela 2 is spread over a plot of 700 m2 with a living area of 270 m2 and consists of ground floor, and first and second floors.

Upon entering the ground floor you will be greeted by a living room with high ceilings occupied by comfortable sofas and a TV with high movable sliding walls that allow natural light to enter and its harmony with the interior and indescribable views of the open sea. Next to the living room, there is a modern kitchen with all the necessary facilities as well as a dining area. There is one guest toilet on this floor of the Villa.

The ground floor and the first floor of the Villa are connected by internal stairs made of wood and metal. The first floor is divided into two parts, it is occupied by two bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower, and high walls overlooking the open sea. In the master bedroom, there is an additional sofa bed to comfortably accommodate an additional 2 people with extra charge 100€ per person per day.

The second floor of the Villa is occupied by a master room that contains a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower whose specialty is in the large wall, and the view that extends through it. The room is equipped with a wardrobe, a sofa bed for comfortable accommodation of two people as well as a TV for enjoying your favorite facilities. This master room has access to a private spacious terrace that is fully fenced and contains a sofa and loungers.
