Villa Astraeus 2 consists of two separate units connected by external stairs, on 200m2.
On the ground floor there is a modern living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. In this part there is a sofa bed, suitable for 1 person. The living room is air-conditioned, there is wi-fi and satellite TV. Two double bedrooms are also part of this unit, as well as two bathrooms with showers.
On the first floor there is also a very modernly equipped living room with a sofa bed suitable for 1 person, a dining room and a kitchen. From here you have access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the islands. You have at your disposal two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers. In front of the house there is a private swimming pool ideal for hot summer days, while the terrace with garden furniture offers perfect moments with friends and family at night. The house has a private parking lot.
Pets are allowed in the villa, the surcharge is EUR 10 per pet/per night.

What a beautiful, newly built stunning villa! It sits on a hill overlooking Podstrana and the views are awesome. The villa gets the sun all day and you get the bonus of a wonderful sunset over the hills of Split every evening. The villa is brand new and very well equipped with all you would ever need. The beds are really comfortable and the fixtures luxurious. Our host Josipa could not have been more helpful with any tiny request and even taking the deposit in euro's (so we did not have loads of Kuna's on our last day). The pool is stunning and the villa really peaceful with a surprisingly good WiFi signal. We loved everything about this villa and would recommend to anyone.
