Luxury Villa Korcula Magnificent with a heated outdoor pool is located in bay of Grscica, 8 meters from the sea, 14 kilometers from Vela Luka and 30 minutes drive from the town of Korčula.

Villa Korcula Magnificent spreads over 4 levels: the ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor.The villa is suitable accommodation for 12 people.

Next to the villa,there is a secluded beach with cascade plateaus,deck chairs and a mooring.

The ground floor of the villa is reserved for housekeepers that are responsible for taking care of the villa and qualified in providing first-aid medical assistance, if necessary.

Exteriror on the first floor includes magnificent terrace with two areas. The first area includes a heated pool and sun deck, equipped with an outdoor shower and deck chairs. The second area of the terrace is covered and is equipped with a jacuzzi, table, chairs and sitting furniture.

On the first floor, you will find living area with a fully equipped kitchen and bar, dining room, living room with a fireplace and guest toilet. On this floor, there are also three modern bedrooms with double beds, each with an en suite bathroom (two with bath and one with shower).

On the second floor of the villa, there are three modern bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with shower. On this floor are also guest toilet, living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a bar.

Behind the residential part of the villa, you will find an indoor wellness with another jacuzzi, sauna and billiard table.

Villa Korčula Magnificantis fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. The villa has its own private parking with 4 spaces and it is 8 m from a secluded and private beach with mooring.
