The villa consists of 2 luxuriously equipped buildings and a garage for 2 cars. On the ground floor of the main building there is a modern spacious kitchen, a dining room with a table for 10 people, a living room and a bathroom. From the dining room itself, you can reach the covered terrace, which is an ideal location for morning coffee or an afternoon break with a view of the pool and the surrounding area. On the floor of the main building there are 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which has a large corner bathtub and a washing machine. The entire villa is air-conditioned and has quality shutters that protect against the afternoon sun. Each room has a TV with satellite connection and a large selection of programs. The auxiliary facility is located next to the villa itself and is used for all-day socializing. A large grill and TV allow you to enjoy a variety of culinary specialties and your favorite shows or sports channels. Due to the fully equipped kitchen and toilet, you are not bound to go to the villa if you don't want to. Large sliding glass doors open a view of the pool, while an additional room offers the possibility of entertainment such as - table football, darts, gym or billiards. The pool consists of two parts, for children and adults. The smaller pool has a depth of 40 cm and flows into a large pool measuring 10x5m. Both pools are heated, so the pool temperature is comfortable at any time of the season. The large sunbathing area around the pool with 8 deckchairs offers enough space for all guests who want to enjoy the sun. The surroundings of the house are almost completely surrounded by stone walls and are beautifully decorated and provide the opportunity for various sports activities. Under the oak trees in the shade, you have at your disposal table tennis, mini goals for soccer, badminton and a large bocce court. Children can enjoy the wooden house with a slide and swings, and a large trampoline. The surroundings are decorated in Dalmatian style with lots of lavender, rosemary, immortelle and other flowers with a wonderful smell, and there is also a young olive grove that will offer virgin olive oil in the future. It is our utmost wish that you feel comfortable and eat healthy during your stay in the villa, and for that there is a specially arranged home garden with organically grown vegetables, which is always at your disposal free of charge. The sea with sun-bathed sandy and pebble beaches is only 25 minutes away by car. If you need to buy groceries or want an authentic Dalmatian dinner, shops and restaurants are located within 5-6 km from the villa itself.
