55 sqm large comfortable apartment A1 with terrace, is composed of a kitchen with an electric hob, microwave, fridge with a freezing compartment, coffee machine, water kettle and toaster, a connected living room and dining room, two bedrooms with double beds (one of the rooms has a little sofa bed that serves as an extra bed), a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The apartments has air conditioning, satellite TV with many international programs, as well as free access to the Internet. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only on the terraces and in the garden. Owners live on the first floor and will help you with anything you might need during your stay.
In a well maintained and fenced garden, there is a 32 sqm swimming pool with jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Around the pool and on the partly covered terrace in the garden there are loungers and parasols at your disposal. There is also a brick barbecue available in the garden to all guests.
