This is a modern villa on two levels. Its interior offers guest accommodation for up to 8 people in two separate units. The ground floor unit enjoys the calming views of neighbouring olive groves, while the first floor unit enjoys the breathtaking views of the Adriatic sea – from the city of Split, overlooking the islands (Brač, Hvar and Korčula) and reaches all the way to the majestic Pelješac peninsula. Each of the units features an outdoor terrace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining and living room, two elegant double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The exterior offers a big backyard with 8x4 meters heated, salt water (non-chlorine) swimming pool, garden with children's playground, lounge area, a modern designed barbecue for ultimate grilling experience and an outdoor dining area. The house offers a parking space for 3 cars, Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning on each floor and safety boxes for our guests.
The house is located in Veliko Brdo, a quiet part of Makarska, where you can relax and enjoy your vacation surrounded by nature. It is just in between the mountain and the sea, so you can enjoy both of the views as much as you like. The famous beach of Makarska is only a short drive (2 km) away
