Villa LeLu Split is located on a private fenced property surrounded by green nature. It covers an area of 180 m2 and has two floors: ground floor, first floor and terrace with a beautiful heated pool that can be covered with a pergola. The pool is with saltwater and sterilization of water is done by electrolysis. The terrace also has an lounge living area with dining set, deck chairs for enjoying the sun and a summer kitchen with BBQ.

On the ground floor of the Villa LeLu Split is a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a spacious living room with a sofa that can be unfolded into a comfortable extra bed for 2 people, with satellite TV with home cinema. High-speed internet, YouTube, Netflix, IP TV and a Bluetooth speaker, make this living room into a fantastic place to enjoy music and movies.

On the ground floor is also a relaxing and reading room with a sofa that can be unfolded into a comfortable bed for one person and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery and drinks) with kitchen’s island and dining table.

On the first floor of the villa there are 3 air-conditioned rooms equipped with satellite TV and Internet: master room, one room with double bed leading to a beautiful terrace with sun loungers and one room with two single beds. On this floor, there is also another bathroom with shower.
