The villa is suitable accommodation for 7 people. Next to the villa there is Annex - Summer House that is suitable for 2+1 people and can be rented for an additional fee.

On the ground floor of Villa Dubrovnik Sea Diamant there is a garden and terrace, infinity pool and a fireplace. From this level, the stone steps lead to a private beach.

On the first floor of Villa Dubrovnik Sea Diamant, there is a spacious living room and a sliding glass door that separates the living room from the terrace. Next to the living room, there is a modern dining room. The indoor dining area is connected to a small kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. In addition, the ground floor has one bathroom with a tub and shower.

There are four bedrooms on the second floor of Villa Dubrovnik Sea Diamant. Three bedrooms have double beds, and one of them, the master bedroom, also has a balcony with a panoramic view and a bathroom with a shower. The fourth, and the last bedroom, decorated in the same style, is smaller and equipped with a single bed and has a garden view. On the same floor, there is also another bathroom with a shower.
