Beautiful stone villa Goran consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. From the living room, you can go out to the terrace overlooking the pool and in the distance a beautiful view of the sea. Beside the pool are deck chairs and a fireplace. The pool has a size of 10m x 5m x 1.3m. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a stove with 4 electric rings, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. Villa has air conditioning, which is located in the hallway, and satellite TV and DVD player. In front of the villa in the yard there is a private parking lot. The beautiful Villa Goran is situated in the heart of Istria between Porec and Pazin. The village Rakovci, by the house with pool, consists of many real Istrian houses. In the village there is still a real Istrian ambience. The area is very nice for long walks and cycling. By car you can reach every corner of Istria in max. 40 min. The sea is only 7km away from Pazin. In Rakovci you can go for a walk in the forest and go by bicycle. The environment is very nice and quiet.

Unser Urlaub war super, wir haben uns echt richtig erholt. Was aber uns gefehlt hat: Toilettenpapier, welche wir am ersten Abend gekauft haben. Mikrowellengerät hätte gut gewesen. July 2020

Mr. Ewouds, 05/28/2018 until 06/09/2018 Had a wonderful holiday in Villa Goran! Key collected in Porec at Eurotours, well arranged. Arrived at the house, that too was top. All the trimmings, beautiful private pool, complete kitchen with beautiful English crockery, fridge with ice maker (also useful) Behind the house is a garage where the washing machine is, good to know. House is ideal for 2\/3 adults. Location is perfect if you have a car. Porec is a 15 min drive, so there are many beautiful villages in the area, a must to visit.Kortom, had a very nice holiday in a romantic and perfect omgeving.Wij will go there again!

Villa Goran is een prachtig huis met veel privacy, heerlijk prive zwembad, een paradijsje ! Heerlijk kunnen slapen. Overdags alleen de vogels horen fluiten, zo'n rust. Wil je mensen om je heen, dan is een auto een must. Porec is 15 min. met de auto. Zoveel mooie dorpjes om je heen, ligging van het huis is mooi centraal ! Alle benodigheden zijn aanwezig in huis. Hebben hier een hele fijne vakantie gehad en hopen zeker weer terug te komen !! Reisezeitraum: Mai 2018
