The villa's surface area is 359 m2, the park surrounding the villa covers 876 m2, and the surface area of the summer open pool is 50 m2. The villa is located in the village of Ladići near Kanfanar.
Villa Elena is an ideal accommodation for two smaller families or one large family (8 people). There is enough space for socializing by the pool and fireplace, as well as for withdrawing into solitude when you desire a bit of peace.
Villa Elena is situated in a peaceful location in central Istria, a short drive from the beautiful Istrian towns and beaches. Whether you are more drawn to the eastern or western coast of Istria, you are halfway from both.
With four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining room, living room, and impeccably landscaped park, Villa Elena has enough space for large family gatherings, but also many secluded corners for afternoon naps, reading, or meditation. The interior design is signed by a well-known Istrian designer who adapted local architecture to contemporary aesthetics with soothing colors, comfortable Italian and French furniture, and precious details. The space is air-conditioned, has underfloor heating, free internet, satellite TV channels Astra, Hotbird, and UetelSat, Playstation4 gaming console, baby crib on request, washing machine, iron with ironing board, DVD stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, and utensils (fridge with freezer, toaster, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher).
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and an exit to terraces with beautiful views of the greenery and the sea and the town of Rovinj on the horizon. One bedroom has two separate beds. The rooms are air-conditioned, have free internet, satellite TV channels Astra, Hotbird, and Uetelsat, a baby crib on request.
Near the villa, there is an organic vegetable garden where you can pick untreated cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchinis, strawberries, and blackberries. There is also a small sports complex for enthusiasts of active leisure, including a multifunctional field for football, basketball, and handball, two bocce courts, two tennis courts, a volleyball court, outdoor fitness, and a large children's playground.
The fenced and closed sports residential complex covers an area of 5600 m2 and is designed so that guests can use its facilities for free and enjoy its amenities. All courts have lighting, so they can be used at night.
The surrounding area is rich with paths ideal for cycling, hiking, or running, and all the equipment you need (bicycles, rackets, balls) is available in a small house next to the courts at your disposal.
