Entrando nell'appartamento situato al terzo piano dell'edificio c'e una sala da pranzo collegata con un ampio soggiorno open space. Il soggiorno ha un'uscita sulla terrazza da cui si puo gustare l'aria di mare. Con le sue due camere matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia e servizi igienici separati, puo ospitare un massimo di quattro persone. La cucina nuova, moderna e completamente attrezzata offre tutto il necessario per gustare i pasti durante le vacanze con generi alimentari tradizionali. Il parcheggio e disponibile di fronte all'edificio, la connessione Wi-Fi e l'aria condizionata sono inclusi nel prezzo. Nell'appartamento Kim tutti possono realizzare la vacanza perfetta.

Beautiful and super clean apartment! Looks exactly like in the pictures. Less then 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach and about 15 min walk to the old town. Communication with the agency was always very fast and easy. The owner even called us after some days asking politely if we need a change of bed linens, since we stayed for two weeks (there is a washing machine anyway). Schöne neu renovierte Wohnung befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage in einem alten Mehrfamilienhaus (3. Etage). Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist ruhig, es gibt eine belebte Straße hinter dem Haus, in den Schlafzimmern ist nachts Verkehr zu hören. Entfernung zum nächsten Strand ist eigentlich 900m, Bäckerei 500m, Laden 600m. Das Apartment wird von einem Reisebüro verwaltet. Die Schlüssel müssen im Reisebüro (1 km vom Apartment entfernt) abgeholt und übergeben werden. Für das Reisebüro ist eine Registrierung erforderlich.

Mi-Zien

Das Appartement Kim liegt im Ortsteil Pical in Porec. Nur ca. 20 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt und wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand Pical. Der Strand Pical ist kieselig teils felsig. Am Strand befinden sich ein paar landestypische Restaurants. Das Appartement befindet sich im dritten Stock eines Wohngebäudes mit mehreren Wohneinheiten. Es wohnen hier hauptsächlich Einheimische. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohn- / Esszimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und einem zusätzlichen separaten WC und Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Eine Klimaanlage ist in den Schlafzimmern und in dem Wohn-/ Esszimmer vorhanden. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind bei dem Appartement vorhanden. In der Altstadt von Porec gibt es sehr viele schöne Bars und Restaurants. In den kleinen Nebenstraßen sind die schönsten und gemütlichsten Plätze zu finden. Wir sind bereits mehrere Male in Porec gewesen und es gefällt uns hier sehr gut. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen!

We stayed for five nights with two adults and two children. The apartment was clean and very spacious. The apartment was as described except the distance to the beach which is not 100 m unless we have taken the wrong way. Anyhow even according to (Hidden by Airbnb) distance is about 500 m. The Check-In/out and communication is via an agency. Anyhow that's no disadvantage but good to know. September 2018
