The Luxury Villa Grace****, newly built modern villa is situated in a quiet location in Jadranovo. The sea view and the Kvarner Bay view which it provides will take your breath away.

The villa is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor are three rooms one is ensuit, one is double room and therec8is another one smaller room with large bed for 1 adult or 2 children. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, with a double bed and a private bathroom.Three bedrooms have a overlooking the sea from bed. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with dining room, open kitchen, large terrace overlooking the sea.  

From the ground floor, you have direct access to our large outdoor terrace, garden and relax zone but the most amaizing thing is roof with a great view, pool and sun decks

IMPORTANT NOTE
There is an obligatory safety damage deposit which is to be arranged upon arrival directly with host.
Pet fee is charged 15€ per day / per pet.
