Gorgeous fully equipped villa with private garden and private pool near Poreč.

House has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: In the lower level is a large living area (SAT TV) with fireplace and terrace overlooking the pool and garden. In addition there is the fully equipped kitchen and large dining area. On the upper floor you will find 3 more bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom.

Outside there are 4 sun loungers, a large table and chairs on the terrace. Near the pool is also a covered area with barbecue spot. Also we provide free access to WIFI internet 24/7.

Private and free parking space is in front of the house.
On request it is possible to book meals, prepared in a part of the house with separate entrance.
