Villa Vrsar is a newly restored Istrian stone house on 2 floors.
There are two bedrooms with double bed on the ground floor each with en suite bathrooms with a shower, there is also a ''taverna'' place with a fireplace and a little kitchen, table and chairs to enjoy dinners together.
On the first floor there is a large open plan living area with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet with a washing machine.
The living area with magnificent view overlooks the Vrsar islands and the sea. The Living area is air conditioned and can accommodate 2 persons to sleep.
There is a small garden cca 90 sqm also overlooking the sea and the islands where one can enyoy the beautiful sunsets or just relax in the summer evenings.
