In front of the entrance to the apartment there is a table and chairs for summer gathering.
Furthermore, in front of the house there is a small "house" or a Dalmatian "komin", a space of approx. 7-8 m2 with a roof intended for grilling and baking dishes under the baking, which will of course be available to the guests.
A parking space is also provided in the yard.
