ECO APARTMENT NIK A2+2 FOR 4 PAX IN THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF POREC

Apartment NIK is an eco-friendly accommodation, also designed to accommodate people with special needs.
Apartment Nik A2 + 2 is located in a small, quiet Istrian town of Mihatovići about 6 km from Porec, about 5 km from the sea and about 6 km from the Višnjan exit of the highway. Surrounded by greenery and preserved nature, a great place for recreation in nature especially cycling but also not far from the sea and beaches of Cervar Porat and other beaches of Porec.
The capacity of the apartment is up to 4 people. Apartment Nik is located on the ground floor of a private family home and has private parking for 1 vehicle, a private entrance, a private terrace of approximately 40 square meters with a hot tub on terrace, and a yard of approximately 50 square meters. In the second half of the house the host lives. On the terrace besides the HOT TUBE (EXTRA PRICE) there is a fireplace with barbecue, garden furniture (table with 4 chairs, parasol and 4 deck chairs). There are plants growing in the garden which, in addition to contributing to pleasant relaxation, can also serve the preparation of meals / drinks, such as mint, sage, rosemary, lavender ... The accommodation is designed to accommodate people with special needs, persons with reduced mobility, which means that there are no stairs, entrances and doors are wide enough to pass wheelchairs, and in the bathroom there are various aids, as can be seen from the photos.
The interior consists of a hallway with a wardrobe and a large mirror. The ironing table and irons will be stored there. From the hallway one enters the bathroom, which is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Guests in the bathroom are waiting for basic hygiene supplies such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, replacement toothbrush (new in case they forgot), sanitary napkins, chopsticks, hairdryer, etc. The bathroom also has a washing machine and guests dark and light detergents and softener are also available. As the apartment is open even in winter, there is an additional blower / heater in the bathroom.
A second passage from the hallway leads to the living room, which serves as the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a sofa that easily turns into a comfortable bed for 2 people. For dining there is a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen, although small, is fully equipped, except for a very rich kitchen equipment (pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, appliances coffee maker, mixer, dishwasher, stove 3 gas + 1 electricity, hood, electric oven). Guests are always welcomed with seasonal / fruit vegetables, something to drink (eg juice, mineral water, milk, a bottle of wine), and the kitchen has all the basic spices, as well as flour and coffee.
From the living room you can go out onto the terrace and into the bedroom, which overlooks the garden. The bedroom has a bed 160x200 cm, and a wardrobe with 2 nightstands. The lighting can be switched on / off with the remote control.
The apartment also has a smart TV with satellite and Croatian programs, as well as a vacuum cleaner and basic cleaning products. In summer, the space can be cooled with a new air conditioning unit and in winter it can be heated. The accommodation unit is less than 30 square meters, allowing rapid cooling / heating of the living space. Due to the extremely good layout of the rooms, it is also very practical and comfortable for shorter or longer guests.
Since the apartment has an ECO DOMUS eco certificate, we use only eco-friendly cleaning products, ie those that have an eco certificate, and we certainly suggest the same to our guests. Please note there is a surcharge to use the hot tub of 100 Euro.
Guests also have 2 bicycles available.
