It is located on the ground floor and guests share a garden and barbecue with guests from apartment number II, which is located next to the first apartment. One of the bedrooms in the apartment is with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Pets are allowed and payment is directly from the owner. Near the house there is a small shop, restaurant and bakery, and nearby are the popular villages Spadici and Materada where there are beautiful beaches, many restaurants and bars.
