You can reach the beaches of the western coast of Istria in about 15 minutes by car. (Porec, Tar, Novigrad). The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a living room with access to a terrace and a swimming pool (25m2, the swimming pool can be heated on a request on max 25 degrees), 3 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a large attic lounge. Furthermore, there is also a kitchenette in the attic. The beautiful ambience of the Istrian village will give guests an unforgettable pleasure. Parking for two cars is in front of the house. You can witness one of the most beautiful views of the Green and Blue Istria from the hill rising above the Mirna valley if you visit a small town of Vižinada-Visinada.

We had a wonderful week staying at this lovely property. The facilities were perfect for our family (of 5) holiday. The outside pool area is stunning, inside is very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. There is certainly plenty of room for everybody! The hosts (Milena & Draško) have put a lot of effort in setting up each of the rooms with lovely furniture and other knick-knacks on display. They are lovely people and were very friendly and welcoming to us. We also travelled by car to Poreč (30mins), Rovinj (45mins), and we also ventured into Slovenia as well (in fact we flew into Ljubljana and hired a car from there). There are 2 small shops for essentials only 5 mins walk away. I would totally recommend this property to others! 10 out of 10! August 2019
