Luxury Villa Luce is located on a beautiful location right by the sea, on one of the most beautiful beaches in Malinska, in the bay of Rova. Villa is rightly called Luxury, not only because of the location and comfort that it provides, but also the proximity of many content and entertainment for the whole family.

This Luxury Apartment is equipped with all the technical contents you could need (WiFi, air conditioning, Sat TV) and is located on the ground floor of Villa. It has a total of 2 bedrooms, each room has a double bed and one is ensuit. The apartment is ideal for accommodating 4 people, but if necessary it can accommodate up to 6 people (it is possible to use the sofa in the living room as an extra bed). The apartment has a large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining room and open-plan living room. From this space there is direct access to the terace with a view of the sea and the entire bay.

The Malin Hotel and the centre of the village can be reached in a pleasant 15 minute walk or in just 2 minutes by car. Villa Luce’s guests may use the buffet breakfast and dinner service at the Malin Hotel. For those looking both for comfort and hotel service, Villa Luce is a safe choice. The Malin Hotel reception is at your service 24/7. As part of the facility, guests are provided with parking. The outer space has a grill, also for shared use.

If you have any special requirements, you will have a host who will visit you so that your holiday will be as pleasant as possible.
