The villa has a capacity for 18 people. It extends over 4 floors and consists of 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, wine cellar, sauna and gym. All floors are connected by an elevator. In front of the house there is a private heated pool with 20 deckchairs. The villa does not accept groups of young people and does not allow parties. A deposit in cash (3000 EUR) is required upon arrival. You will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage). In the period from December 21 to January 3, the damage deposit is 4000 EUR.

Great location (a bit difficult to get to from the town street and 100 steps from the seaside :), modern large villa with plenty space for everyone. We had working sessions there, host (Neda) provided with everything we asked for, always cheerful, helpful and quick. The dinners we had with private chef were really tasty and homemade, thanks and highly recommend!
