Luxury Villa Sušanj*****, is located in a beautiful peaceful location, 3km away from the sea and from the center of Opatija. This is a place for family vacations. The villa is conceived as a separate facility with its own private heated pool, sunbathing area and garden.

The interior of the villa is modern, comfortable and functional. Here you will find everything you need for your stay. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. One bedroom with a double bed has a private bathroom on the ground floor, while 3 bedrooms with a double bed and private bathrooms. On the ground floor there is an additional living room, which is used as a bedroom if needed, with two separate beds. The house is built on a private property, which is entirely at your disposal.

Outside you have a beautiful covered outdoor dining area and barbecue area. The pool is surrounded by greenery and sun loungers and parasols are available. Parking is located in the yard, next to the house.
